Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport tools, electrical materials, and job-site equipment to and from project locations
  • Operate company trucks, trailers, bucket trucks, and hauling equipment in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Assist with on-site equipment operation as needed (e.g., skid steers, trenching, backhoe)
  • Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
  • Secure loads according to safety standards and job requirements
  • Support field crews with materials handling, setup, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and communicate with project managers and dispatchers
  • Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and job-site protocols

About the Role

We’re hiring for a CDL Driver/Equipment Operator position—a key role in our growing electrical construction team. This is not a routine driving job. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable professional who can safely transport tools, materials, and heavy equipment to project sites, safely operate a bucket truck, assist with equipment operation, and support field crews with general tasks.

This position offers diverse responsibilities, with approximately:

  • 50% – Driving and hauling materials and equipment
  • 25% – Operating equipment (e.g., lifts, forklifts, trenchers, bucket trucks, etc.)
  • 25% – General site support and miscellaneous project-related tasks
